The Pipe Cutting & Beveling Machine is a high-performance split frame system designed for precise pipe cutting, beveling, and end preparation across a wide range of pipe sizes and materials. Its split frame construction allows the machine to open and clamp around inline pipe, making it ideal for field operations where removing the pipe from the line is not possible.

The machine delivers cold cutting and simultaneous beveling, ensuring clean, accurate, and weld-ready results without producing heat, sparks, or flames. This cold-cutting technology eliminates heat affected zones and prevents distortion, making it exceptionally safe for use in flammable, pressurized, or hazardous environments.

Engineered for stability and accuracy, the equipment supports advanced machining operations such as single-point cutting, counterboring, and flange-facing, ensuring consistent performance on a variety of wall thicknesses and materials including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and others.

Compact and easy to set up, the system requires minimal axial and radial clearance, allowing efficient operation even in tight or restricted areas. The machine is capable of handling pipe sizes from 1” to 48”, making it versatile for pipeline construction, industrial maintenance, shutdown work, and fabrication tasks.
